Yes, the sizes on the list are the most common ones, but we also do any size that fits you best. The way to go forward is to reach out by sending an email to support@ultrasdesign.co.uk with the size you’d like and the design you are considering. A few emails after, you get the flag specifically made for you!

Our standard offer flags come with eyelets on each corner of the flag so you can tie the flag anywhere you’d like.

If you need pocket holes on the sides so you can put the flag on the pole, we can do that as well. Please leave a note in the Order Notes field on the checkout page that you need the holes for the pole.

Unfortunately, not. We do not provide ties at the moment so you need to provide them on your own. All our flags come with eyelets on each corner so you can tie the banner anywhere you prefer.

All flags are made of knitted 115gsm fire retardant polyester. Fire certificate is included in every order. In case you haven’t received the certificate along with your order, please download it here. Just print it out and you’re good to go.

Yes, wash in a machine on a 30-degree delicate wash cycle, best to dry naturally by hanging, no need to iron.

We do not take photos of the flags as they go straight to the package from print. The reason for that is to avoid any potential stains or damages to the material, so the flag comes to you in perfect condition.

Just upload the photo or screenshot of the product using the Upload Artwork button and proceed with the order. To make sure that everything is clear, add a link or source of the image in the Order Notes field on the checkout page.
