Shipping time for the UK is 5-8 working days since the day you place the order. For other countries and more details please refer to our Shipping Policies.
Sometimes the delivery time is less than 5 working days. However, that depends on when you place the order and when we are printing the batch.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer express shipping as we can guarantee only for 5-8 working days delivery.

After that, live shipping tracking links will be provided via email for all items except flags and stickers.

In short, if the delivery time exceeds the time stated on our website you get a refund.
If we make a mistake in the design you either get a refund or a new item for free.

Yes, we do. All our items are available worldwide.
If your items are of the same type (i.e. two or more flags), yes – you will receive them in one package. However, if you have ordered multiple items of various type, they will arrive separately.
