Production & Delivery Times

Standard Delivery – UK

Orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Tracked 48, or Special Delivery are typically delivered within 6–12 working days from the day after your order is placed.

Express Service –

Your order will be produced and delivered within 5 working days from the day after your order is placed.

Super Express Service

Your order will be produced and delivered within 3 working days from the day after your order is placed.

Need Your Order for a Specific Date?

If you require your order in 6 days or more but do not wish to use our Express or Super Express services, We will do our best to accommodate your required delivery date.

Important Information

We always aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible. The 12 working day timeframe is a worst-case estimate during particularly busy periods or where postal delays occur that are beyond our control.

Delivery time for the EU, US and Canada

6-21 business days since the day you place the order.

Delivery time for Australia and other countries

6-21 business days since the day you place the order.

How do I track my order?

You can see the status of your order on your Account page. After we process your order, you will be informed once we start printing of fulfilling the item(s).

Live tracking information is not available for stickers. For flags, the tracking information is available on request. 

All products are delivered within the time stated on the shipping policies page. However, because of COVID-19, our shipping times can be subject to change. We will send instant updates via email in case of any changes to the delivery of your order.

International shipping

International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country,  and the cost is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.   

Order never arrived

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know within 28 days of ordering. 

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address were incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

Once the order has left us we can not be held responsible for a courier error with shipping if we can supply you with a tracking number and proof of despatch. 

If an item does go missing due to a courier mistake and can be proven we will be happy to issue a reprint at no extra cost to the customer. 

As all our items are custom made we will not be able to issue a refund.
